Insurance
We recommend that all Customers to obtain a short-term traveler’s insurance policy covering accident/life and tours cancellation due to personal or family illness.

Medical
Our trips are not rigorous expeditions but some are physically demanding, for most trips spending extended time in remote areas, Imagine Travel dmc does not guarantee the services of a doctor. Do not assume the liability regarding provision of medical care. Clients are urged to check their insurance coverage to be sure it is adequate. In general, you must be in good health to participate on one of our tours; it is vital that persons with medical problems make them known to us well before departure.

The trip leader or a doctor have the right to disqualify any member from the group at any time if considered medically necessary or to avoid endangering the group, or if the participant in question is physically unfit for the rigors of the trip. Refunds are not given under such circumstances. Trip clients should have a personal supply of any special medications which they may need, these medicines should be carried with you at all times.

Limitation of Liability

These paragraphs define our responsibility with respect to all our trips. Payment of your deposit represents your acceptance of the following terms and conditions: Imagine Travel dmc gives notice that services provided in connection with its itineraries, including transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and other services, are purchased from various independent suppliers who are not affiliated with us in any way. Although we endeavor to choose the best suppliers available, we no right to control their operations and therefore makes these travel arrangements upon the express condition that and Imagine Travel dmc its own agents and employees, shall not be liable for any delay, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, bodily injury or death to person, or damage to property occasioned through the conduct or default of any company or individual engaged in providing these services. Each of these passenger conveyance companies, tour companies, hotels, restaurants, etc., is subject to the laws of the state or country where the service is provided.

Reservations


Early reservations are recommended, since group sizes are limited and easy to be overbook, you may pay by credit card or make a deposit to our pay pal account. Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter with general information.

Payment Schedule

At time of reservation 50% and the Balance 30 days prior to your arrival. ( Weddings. Condos, Houses, Hotels)

ELECTRONIC TICKET

You will get a receipt of payment immediately via e-mail on the next 24 hours of your reservation and payment. Also an electronic ticket for each excursion or tour, with all the information of meeting time, location, contact issue. These tickets are your admission to your tours. You should print tickets and bring them with you on the day of your tour, you will present your ticket to the tour operator for admission to the tour. If you are not there, no refunds will be issued, make 100% sure that you have your ticket with you

POLICIES BY TOUR SUPPLIER

All tours are subject to the tour supplier themselves terms and conditions. Is important to let you know that may not enjoy it if you are: Pregnant, Intoxication, Infectious Disease, Height, Weigh etc. If you have any questions about these policies of some tours, please be on contact with us.

BE AWARE

For any reason don´t pay cash on the street or by the beach, you will never see your money again, even with the timeshare hawks at the airport or on the streets, most of them they are not to authorized to sell tours. They will offer cheap tours, but you have to go for sales time share presentation for four to six hours and at the end you don´t get what the offer at the beginning.

Same situation at the hotel you will be invited for a welcome package wich means time share presentation and if you say no, they will try to sale you the tours most expensive, you will pay more than you will book through us.

Paying with us in a credit card, you are protected from fraud by your credit card company.

Prices and Exchange Rates

Prices are quoted in US dollars or in Mexican Pesos. We use the bank rate of the day so that your bank statement reflects as closely as possible the published dollar price. Most of payments must be made in Credit Card and some deposits are by pay pal. Book as soon as possible in order to offer the lowest possible cost, prices on the website are subject to change.

Charges to your Credit Card

We accept all major credit cards, our credit card will be charged as soon as your service is confirmed, in order to reserve your service- this is normally within 24 hours of sending your reservation to us.

Feel safe when making a secure reservation online, all transactions are processed using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the highest level of security to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our services. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again. And remember an fraud protection service is offer by your credit card company

Cancelled Tours, hotels, wedding etc.

Imagine Travel dmc reserves the right to cancel any service prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including logistical problems that may impede tour service operations, acts of God, war, labor strikes, earthquake, flooding, etc.

Hotels Reservations

Accommodations are based on double occupancy. Participants who specifically request single accommodations, subject to availability and cost more.

Transfers

You may cancel the service seven days prior to the service to get 100 % refund. Within 7 days of the service, are non-refundable. Is important to mention that will be apply a 5% processing fee to cover the credit card fees we incur for any transaction.

DVD, VIDEO OR PHOTO POLICIES

Any issues regarding to photos, dvd and videos should be taken directly with the tour operator, we are not involvement with those purchases, those are transaction directly between the tour operator and you.

PHONE CALLS:

If the phone keeps being busy, ringing and nobody answer or answering by a strange machine, please try back later leave a message or send to us an e-mail and we will call you back as soon as is possible. This is because maybe we are on the phone with other clients or the telephone knock out by a raining storm, this happens a lot in Puerto Vallarta. Sorry for the inconveniences.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY:

For our company is very important the service and satisfaction of our clients. However, remember we do not run the tours ourselves; we just make reservation for our clients with the best dials. Please don´t hesitate to contact us if you have any complaint or issue with our service. Please do not file a chargeback with your credit card before you work it out with us.
