WHERE IS THE IMAGINE TRAVEL OFFICE?
We are located in the City of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.
IS LEGAL TO BRING CUBAN CIGARS BACK HOME?
Yes, to United States, is authorized for personal use only. According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection: merchandise is authorized.
DO YOU PROVIDE AN INVOICE FOR SERVICES?
Yes, we do, we are under tax rules by thegovernment of Mexico, we generate an invoice for each service that we provide.
WHAT IS THE OFICIAL EXCHANGE RATE?
Now is around 19 pesos per dollar, but this can vary on daily basis, check with our Imagine Travel Staff, many places accept dollars, but preferable to always have some local currency.
HOW DO I FIND IMAGINE TRAVEL STAFF AT THE AIRPORT?
The Imagine Travel Representative will be right outside waiting for you, identify them by Blue Pants and a white shirt with the Imagine Travel Logo. Please don’t stop inside by the people offers a drink. They works for Time Share Company and we have many complaints and situations made it by customers.
IF MY LUGGAGE IS DAMAGED OR LOST, WHAT I HAVE TO DO?
Stop by the airline staff and file a report prior to leaving the airport. Be on contact with the Imagine Travel representative for assistance or for another inconveniences you might have during your vacations.
WHAT ARE THE IMMIGRATION PAPERS AND CUSTOMS REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RETURN HOME?
Passport, Immigration Paper, Covid Test and Healthy questionnaire.
THERE IS A COST IF I LOST MY IMMIGRATION PAPER?
Yes, you will need to stop by Immigration office at the airport to get a new one and cost 50 usd, only accepts payments in cash.
