CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

We know that sometimes things happens and you will need to cancel or change your reservation. Please give us a call or send to us an email. All changes are subject to availability. Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed.

For Tours & Excursions:

In Puerto Vallarta & Riviera Nayarit, the tours run rain or shine, we have a raining season, it is the tropics. If the tour is cancel by the tour operator, you will get entitled your 100% refund or we can re-schedule for another day. However, if the tour still runs and if you don´t show up, late arrivals, then our cancellation policy applies.

1).- 48 hours or more prior to excursion date. (100% refund).

2).- 24 hours of the tour, are non-refundable, sometimes, we may be able to switch your reservation to a different day, we will try. But we can´t make any promises. No shows or late arrivals No refund.

3).- For any cancellations of fishing trips, boat charters 38 feets and under, we will help you with your refund or re-schedule up until 5 days before the trip. (Cancellation within 7 days are non- refundable)

4).- Cancellations for a large Groups and boats charter 39 feet and larger, we will help you with your refund or re-schedule up to 10 days before the trip. (Cancellation within 15 days are non-refundable.)

5).- Is important to mention that will be apply a 5% processing fee to cover the credit card fees we incur for any transaction.

6).- 100% refund for cruise ship passenger, if your ship doesn´t make port as scheduled or if the excursion is cancelled by tour operators due a weather or another reason. According to your itinerary, we may have the opportunity to reschedule your tour. (Except for fishing charter, Rhythms of Night and Caletas)

7).- 3×2 tours promotions are set deals, once booked date changes or cancelations are not accepted.

 

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time will be a charge of 90% the room rate as cancellation fee.
• For the Non Refundable bookings are no cancellation or changes possible.
• For Group Booking (more than 3 rooms) are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance, if cancelled or modified with more than 30 before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 90% of the reservation will be charged.
• Accommodations are based on double occupancy. Participants who specifically request single accommodations, subject to availability and cost more.
  
  Cancelled Tours, hotels, wedding etc.

• Imagine Travel dmc reserves the right to cancel any service prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including logistical problems that may impede tour service operations, acts of God, war, labor strikes, earthquake, flooding, etc.

 Transfers

• • You may cancel the service seven days prior to the service to get 100 % refund. Within 7 days of the service, are non-refundable. Is important to mention that will be apply a 5% processing fee to cover the credit card fees we incur for any transaction.
